Service Agreement
As an agreement between Junk Car Boys henceforth known as Provider and user henceforth known as Buyer. Upon signing up for our Buyer Software and/or utilizing our services. If Buyer does not sign up for the software, Buyer still agrees and adheres to the requirements set forth by the Provider. User agrees to the following requirements.
It is the Buyers responsibility to stay up to date on any changes made to this agreement. There will always be an updated date as to when this agreement was revised and the Buyer may see that revision date at the end of this agreement.
Description of Services
The provider will offer the following services.
Sending vehicles in return for agreed upon bid of whatever the User and Provider agreed upon per vehicle. Along with any custom bids agreed upon between the Provider and User.
Provider will allow Buyer to adjust the agreed upon quotes when there is a significant change in the market value of steel prices. Any such adjustments must be within 24 hours written notice VIA e-mail.
Payment

Payment shall be made payable to Junk Car Boys and mailed to:

Credit Card
All payments may be made through a secure gateway on the “Buyer Portal” with Visa, Mastercard, AMEX.
An invoice will be sent every Tuesday of every week via Email and/or Fax, PDF format. Payment is expected for each invoice sent within 2 weeks. Invoices will only include vehicles that have been verified picked up.
Buyer also has complete access and control over invoices through the Buyer Portal, in which case a check may be sent to us where we will clear out those vehicles in your Buyer Portal and/or you may pay with credit card for those vehicles to be cleared out automatically.
In addition to any other right or remedy provided by law, if Buyer fails to pay for each vehicle picked up, Junk Car Boys has the option to treat such failure to pay as a material breach of this agreement, and may cancel this agreement and/or seek legal remedies.
Updates
We must receive updates on every vehicle sent to you within 48 hours. Either by Phone, Email, Text, or through the Buyer Portal. We are continuously in contact with customers throughout the process. We strive to offer the best possible service to our customers which is not only the public but also to you, the buyer.
Term
This agreement may be terminated by the Provider upon 3 days prior to written notice to other party.
Default
The occurrence of any of the following shall constitute a material default under this agreement. If any of the following occur, Buyer has 14 days to correct, otherwise will be faced with contract cancellation and possible legal remedies. The following are…
- Failure to make a required payment when due
- Insolvency or bankruptcy of either party
- Pickup rate of less than 70%
- Failure to make available or deliver the Services in time and manner provided for in this agreement.
Entire Agreement
This Contract contains the entire agreement of the parties, and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written concerning the subject matter of this Contract.
MISCELLANEOUS
Junk Car Boys is dedicated to servicing our clients. We are flexible and receptive to adjusting our processes within the limitation of our systems and accommodate our clients’ needs. Please discuss any specific needs with us.
